Tuesday PD Bell Schedule Revised!
Spring Semester Special Bell Schedules
The Spring Semester begins on Monday, February 6th!! CAHSEE testing begins on Tuesday, February 7th and 8th... special bell schedules will be used on Monday and Tuesday.
2011 Fall Final Exam Week - Special Bell Schedule
Parents and Students next week Gardena High School will have a special bell schedule due to final exams for the 2011 fall classes. Please plan accordingly!!
All 9th &10th grade Girls Join A Fun After School Program!!!
This program is based on the beliefs that teen girls are capable of educating each other on issues that are important in their lives.
CAHSEE Intervention Classes
Seniors that have not passed the CAHSEE must enroll in order to participate in senior activities. Juniors, space is still available, take the test now so you won't stress during your senior year! 10th Grade students must enroll, your big test dates are coming up in March!!

GHS students in Students Run LA completed the LA Marathon with Mr. Shott. See pictures of our student runners. Congratulations to the finishers!
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE BOYS SOCCER TEAM FOR THEIR SECOND WIN OVER NARBONNE.

The win prevents Narbonne from winning the league championship. The boys soccer team came in third in league and will go to the playoffs. Their first game is this Thursday. Gardena's Cesar Arevalo is excited about his goal with five minutes left, giving the Panthers a 3-1 lead and all but securing a triumph against Narbonne. See attached photo.
Girls Soccer Defeat Washington 3-0 In Torrential Rain, Mudbath!
In a rough game against Washington Gardena's Girls Soccer's team scored 3 goals during the last three minutes of play. All girls were slipping and sliding in mud and major puddles. It was a great game. See pictures attached.
Girls Soccer breaks winless streak and defeats Maywood Academy 5-1 in a non-league game.
Panthers lose Marine League opener against Banning.
In a closely fought game our football team lost to Banning by defeating Gardena, 29-18, in the Marine League opener at Gardena High.
